vInterp: Perform linear interpolation on floating-point binary data.

XY Interpolation:

`-xSrc`			Input: 1D X Coords of Source.
`-xDest`			Input: 1D X Coord of Result.
`-yPtr`			Input:Output: Vectors to Analyze.

`-eCount`			Points per input vector, X and Y.
