dynGetAlpha: Get the alpha torsion angle CA(i-1) CA(i) CA(i+1) CA(i+2) for selected residues.

 -src ptrVal Source of Structure Data.
 -res resList Residue ID List.
 -chain cName Chain Name.
 -seg sName Seg Name.
 -round rVal Round Angles to Nearest rVal.
