splitSeg.tcl: Split PDB File According to SEGID etc.

Flag Argument Default Description
 -in pdbName ref.pdb Input PDB File.
 -out outTemplate %s.pdb Output PDB Template.
 -parm parmName SEGID Parameter for Split: LOCID CHAINID ICODE SEGID.
 -null nullName NULL Value to Use for Empty SEGID.
Notes:
  Output files will be named according to parameter value.
