Flag Argument Default Description
 -pdb pdbName ref.pdb PDB Input File.
 -parm parmName pdbInfo.tcl PDB Conversion Parameter File.
 -res resID 1 ResID of Target Residue.
 -seg segName None Seg Name of Target Residue.
 -hetatm Use HETATM records from PDB Input.
