dynAngles.tcl: Report or Display Protein or Nucleic Acid PDB Torsions.

Usage:
  dynAngles.tcl pdbName1 [pdbName2 ...]
Flag Argument Default Description
 -graph Display Residue vs Angle Information in Graphical Form.
 -prot Input is Protein Data (Default).
 -na Input is Nucleic Acid Data.
 -avg Report Angle Averages. Requires Multiple PDB Input Files.
 -hdr Display a Table Header for the Angular Information.
