addPDBNoise.tcl: Add Gauss-random noise to Coordinates of a PDB File

Flag Argument Default Description
 -in inName ref.pdb Name of Input PDB.
 -out outName noise.pdb Name of Output PDB.
 -iseed rand 54321 Random Number Seed (Zero for Auto).
 -sigma stdDev 1.0 Standard Deviation of Noise to Add.
