pipe2FT: Convert NMRPipe-Format Data to FTNMR New Format

Flag Argument Default Description
 -in inName stdin Name of NMRPipe Input.
 -out outName stdout Name of FTNMR Output.
 -mem mbytes 2 Buffer Size, MBytes.
 -nofs Suppress File Size Check.
 -tty No Check for I/O to TTY.
 -ov Overwrite Existing Data.
 -verb Verbose Mode On.
Byte-Swap Options:
 -swap Do Four-Byte Swap.
 -noswap Suppress Four-Byte Swap (Default).
 -aswap Suppress Four-Byte Swap. (Meaning is System-dependant)
 -noaswap Do Four-Byte Swap. (Meaning is System-dependant)
